Greenwich Connecticut Shopping
Last month, I went solo to Greenwich, Connecticut after work, and although I didn't have as much free time as I would have liked, I managed to have a great time in the Fairfield County town. I was allowed to spend the day in Greenwich and get a feel for this affluent community. Many Greenwich Avenue shops were closed, including a number of restaurants, a grocery store, an art gallery and even a movie theater. Although none of these shops were open, you could still see the whole afternoon lost as you walked through the streets of Greenwich on your way home from work and back to the office.
There are a few other savings shops in Greenwich, which is nice, and you should check out the Rummage Room. I got a little hungry so I went to Greenwich, which has a number of restaurants, a grocery store, an art gallery and even a cinema.
I stopped off at a truffle lobster mac and mouth - a lobster bun - and then returned to the hotel for a few hours of sleep.
Other shops that adorn Greenwich Avenue include a number of high-end boutiques, restaurants and a variety of specialty stores. Recent additions include some of the most well-known high fashion stores such as L'Oreal, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Dior, Chanel, Bulgari, Prada, J.C. Penney, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Zara and many others. Others are a motley mix of local and international brands as well as the usual suspects. New York City has many great shopping opportunities, especially on Greenwich Avenue, but also in Greenwich, Connecticut.

I think this store in particular is one of the highest prices I've seen in the CT, so be prepared to pay extra, of course, because of the location. Everything in the store is fantastic, and if you look around the website (you never know what you'll find there) you'll get a great insight into Greenwich's history and its history as a shopping destination. Like many Greenwich residents, ladies and families are fans of the jewelry sold there, and often take advantage of the opportunity to have high-quality clothing and accessories that match contemporary styles at any time of the year. Clothes are in pristine condition, as are most items in the store, which is a kind of compromise, although most of what they sell is in pristine condition.
While you're there, you can take a walk, enjoy the beautiful views of Greenwich from the top floor of the shop or have a drink or two in the bar or restaurant at the back.
